    Hello.

Does somebody have an idea how to render 360 output from AE camera or is it even possible? I’m aiming to spherical image that is unwrapped to rectangular form as environment maps are. Any plugins or scripts are also very welcome as suggestion.

One way of doing it is to use the software from 360Heros to stitch 6 renders from AE, using a 6 camera rig each with 170 degree fov (mimic the GoPro camera setup from 360Heros). Software is expensive though.
For stills you can use Photomerge in Photoshop.

Thank you for the response. Seems that manual render and stitch is the pipeline here.
