How to remove color banding on circle gradient?

Did you set your project to 32 BPC (Bits Per Channel) will increase the number of bits used to create your colors allowing you more steps between your bands. you can change your bpc on the bottom of your project tab.

Yes, I set 32 bpc and it helps a bit.
Also I’ve added 1% of grain with adjustments layer and gradient become much smoother.
I wonder is there any other techniques instead adding grains to gradient?

Adding noise or grain is the most common technique. Now, there are many ways to add that variation/dithering that you’re looking for. I, personally, like to use either Fractal Noise (with some tweaking on the look) or a stock grunge map (like old paper) very lightly overlaid.

well just because his project is at 32 bits doesnt mean his render will be perfect. or does it…i remember having trouble with it
