    You can try using CoreMelt “Object Remover” plugin which is part of SliceX to clone an area of the hair next to the spot.

    Another option is to use the SliceX layer mask. Works best if your media is progressive and the spot’s duration is 1 frame. Steps: Match frame. Advance source 1 frame and mark in/out on that frame. Edit as a connected clip. Apply filter to connected clip and draw shape around the area of the spot. This will let the connected clip portion of that shot hide the 1-frame occurrence of the spot.

    Of course, if the duration is longer, cloning may be a better option. You can still use the above method, but offset the XY position to shift clean hair into the area of the spot. (Don’t offset the time.)
