How to register FCS3 manually?
Hi folks,
Sorry for the back-to-back questions about FCS3, but I just purchased an old copy and am trying to get up and running. I have a question about registering the software with Apple. I purchased (what I’ve been told is) an unopened, new copy (i.e. a legal copy). When I installed and opened it for the first time, the software, of course, tried to automatically register online. I got an error message (basically, it said that I could not register at the moment, but that it would retry later).
Anyone know if Apple still registers this software? I figure that, if it’s never been used/opened, then I should still be able to register it.
Is there anywhere in the menus where I can check to see if the software subsequently registered itself? Or, if there is a menu option I can click on to tell the software to try registering again, manually, so to speak? I’d just like to know if the software can be (or already is) registered.
