  How to recreate this sequence from “Snowden”?

  I think that’s a great sequence (and a good movie), and I wish I had some help trying to understand how it was made and which tools were used.

  They explain a bit in the article about the lines that came from 3d (softimage), and that pixel sorting was used on the videos (which I can see). But they don’t say anything about the rest, and I think there’s a lot more going on there.

  Especially I would love to create the lines coming out from back of the text at the beginning of the sequence, and the data stream itself.

  Any help would be much appreciated.. thanks!
