March 29, 2009 at 8:17 pmThere are a few different ways of doing this depending on how long your clip is.
If the clip is already cut into frames you can add the CC to the first frame you want to correct and then click Copy Filter to 2 Forward in the upper left of the 3 way Color Corrector. Then if you have your Sync set to OPEN you can use Next Edit to jump 2 frames and click Control 5 to Copy Filter to 2 Forward again, and so on and so on.
You could also start with the same clip on V1 and V2. Adjust the clip on V1. Cut the clips on V2 accordingly to give you that one frame CC non CC that you are looking for. I would then Nest all clips so that if you need to adjust the CC all you would have to do is open the Nest and adjust the clip on V1 which would be the one long clip instead of adjusting each of the individual frames on V2.
good luck,
Victor

March 29, 2009 at 8:34 pmPut two copies of the clip in the timeline one on top of the other. Apply the color correct to the top clip. Then apply the Blink filter and set it to 1 and 1, one frame on, one frame off.
All the best,
Tom
