  • how to properly save manually aligned images for HDR use?

I have some images that I am trying to use for HDR that were slightly out of alignment. I tried to have PS auto align them while making the HDR, but it didn’t do a very good job and I can do better by hand. However, I can’t seem to find the best way to save the images after I’ve realigned them manually. Initially I tried placing all 5 images in layers, one on top of the other, and then realigning them by difference, and then just clicking each layer and doing a copy and save to a new layer, but it appears that the realigned image saves slightly larger or smaller and HDR won’t accept because the images are no longer the same size. So, what’s the process for manual realignment and save of images to be used for HDR? I am using CS6. Thanks.
