  • How to prevent Audio Spectrum effect from clipping at layer’s edge

I created an ellipse mask around the object in the below image, and I set the Audio Spectrum effect to that mask. When the effect animates, you can see clipping occur where the object’s layer ends. How can I make it so the effect goes past the edge or does not clip? Thanks in advance.

you should set your mask to “None” and it will not be clipped. had to learn this obvious thing from a kid on Youtube 🙂
