How to organize media/cache files in a FCPX project?
When I´m on travel, I bring my MacBook Pro, and a Thunderbolt 2 Hard Drive Dock with two slots.
One slot, a traditional hard drive for capacity 4tb
The other slot, for speed 1TB SSD.Where should i locate, Media and Cache for best speed?
Storage the whole project on the SSD isn’t possible. -

Put the cache on the SSD. You probably have too much media to put it on the SSD so you’re stuck putting it on the hard drive.
What kind of read/write speeds do you get on each drive?
