How to mount EX3 to Cartoni Delta and Gamma Head Tripod
Hi, please help. As you will tell from my question, I am a Newby to the production world. Please guide me via links to the plates I need to connect my Sony EX3 camera to a Cartoni Delta and a Gamma Head tripod system (I have both tripod heads).

If they are the same plate, then you simply need to get that plate and attach it to the underside of the EX3.
