First the question comes from this blog post
    https://cineform.blogspot.com/2012/12/rethinking-time-lapse.html

So I have footage shot in 12fps for creating time-lapse out of it. I am going to speed the footage up that these 12 frames will make up 1 frame. I want to average these frames to reduce noise and create fluid motion.
It could be done with the tools in AE I am sure.

BTW I followed the instructions of David’s from the post above using GoPro Cineform, but could not reproduce the effect.
In AE CC Wide Time and CC Force Motion Blur will the effect, but do not reduce the noise as averaging supposed to do. Or does it?!
