Really? that’s what you want? Those look like mistakes. Look, really odd, jarring.
BUT, if you want to do that…just double click on your clip you want to zoom in on, it loads it into the PREVIEW monitor. Go into the effects tab, increase the zoom factor…and then position to push into the area you want.

Let say i want 2 sec. zoom in and 4 sec. zoom out and all the time like that. How to apply those settings all at once to the whole video?
