  • How to make video stable “stickin” onto certain framesize?

    Hi!

I have a material which is shot on a stand but camera keeps constantly zooming in and out, not much, but I would like to eliminate that.

I would like to choose a frame, most zoomed in, set it as a sample and process the video according to that frame so that the whole thing will be completely stable, just exactly as the sample frame. Is that possible?

Tried Mercalli v2, but it didn’t help.

Depends on how much money or time you want to spend on the issue.
If you have more time than money, you could keyframe the event pan/crop tool.
If you have the money, you might try motion tracking software.

I don’t know, but image stabilizers might give you a zoom option.

Yes, manually it can be done, but that’s a whole lot of effort, the whole video is zooming in and out.

Motion tracking software? I have to see what is that.

If I have to convince my boss of something needful, he will buy it for me, but it should do the job.
