June 19, 2007 at 7:19 amEven though I think they could use a motion control camera to replicate the camera move and then add the shake in post…I reckon for that show they just asked everyone to hold reaaaaaally still. 🙂
…except the ball of course…that’s cg (or fishing line, hehe)

June 19, 2007 at 8:35 pmThis is a pretty ambitious (or combination of effects, really). For starters, check out Andrew Kramer’s Time Freeze tutorial:

That’s the basic effect. Repeat as necessary.

June 20, 2007 at 9:04 pmvery very deep in the back of my brains, i thought I saw the making of this. and yes. all the persons in the shots are standing very still. the little ball is easy to do (look at andrew kramers tutorial about time freezing)
or just hang it at a very thin court that snaps easie of the ball when moving it, it snaps at the little bal, so the court doesn’t fall down, mayby that will work ^^
