I would like to know how imprive the sky color ? Without using too much the saturation effect ?

Use any of these, Colour Curves, Secondary Color Corrector Channel Blend.
If you wish, post a Still of the landscape here I’ll have a go and give you the Project Veg for you to experiment with.
