How to make picture panes that float around in and out of frame
I want to recreate this commercial for a business. What would I do to make these videos do this? I would have to have several video tracks obviously but I was told there is a generator or plug in or effect for this. any help would be appreciated.

You do that using multiple layers and the transform function to scale and crop the video. You can position and animate the layers as you like. It’s fairly easy to do, but there is no plugin that will do it for you automatically. Not sure you want to make your product that messy. All those moving boxes with lower thirds can get pretty messy.
