How to make over/under stereographic VR video in After Effects.
Hello. I’m trying to make over/under stereographic VR video from the scratch in After effects, but I don’t know how to make it…
I figured out how to make a VR composition using VR Comp Editor but it seems like only able to make monographic VR…
I belive that there must be a way to make it… Does anyone know how?

It’s possible, but it’s a pain in the bottom. See my response in this thread.

tldr: will take rendering at least 16 or 32 frames per each final frame for it to start to look anything resembling properly stereographic.
Also, forgot to mention it there, in order to view it in Oculus or HTC Vive at decent quality, you need to render at 8K. I have a pretty decent computer and still cannot run 8K stereo VR video in real time. 4K works but looks pixelated.
