  How to make music notes showering down effect?

  I downloaded many types of music notes with transparent background. How do I make all of them randomly showering down like snow with a little bit of spinning around in 3 dimensions? there should be an effect I can do this without needing to manually move one-by-one in position and spinning in 3D. :/
