    How to Make High Quality VCDs and DVDs?

    Hi,
    I am Using Xpress Pro 4.5 and Adobe Premier and also Procoder2.But I am not satisfied with the quality of Vcds and DVDs.I am using its Mastering Quality.There is any other program to make high quality VCDs and DVDs?Thre is any additional settings are required for Procoder?Please help me..

    quicktime reference from avid across to sorenson squeeze for encoding/transcoding, coll but sloooooooooooow.
