    How to make high quality stills from video?

    Hi,

    I am trying to make some high quality stills from video to use for printed promotional purposes.
    I’m exporting still frames as TIFFs, de-interlacing them in Photoshop and uprezing them to 300dpi using Genuine Fractals

    But the quality is really not so good, especially in scenes with alot of motion, even though the original footage looks great.

    I’ve read about software called Paparazzi by RedHawkVision, but their website has been taken off line.

    any suggestions?
