How do I get a perfectly right angled square sweep nurb? I have a spline with no curves that I want to be square, but whenever I apply the sweep nurb it ends up being flat or misshaped on one of the axis

it’s not entirely clear what you are trying to get and what the problem is, but one suggestion would be trying to adjust the axis orientation of the spline you are sweeping (turn the axis only, not the whole spline)

    works here….

    1. create rectangular, square or whatever sweep spline
    2. create the square profile spline
    3. create the sweep nurb object
    4. drop #1 into the sweep nurb
    5. drop #2 into the sweep nurb

if the resulting sweep nurb appears “flat” try adjusting the orientation of the profile nurb — XY, YZ, or XZ
