How to make a digital paint effect/impression effect in after effects cs6
Hi folk. Am making a tributary video for Edgar degas the French impressionist famous for his paintings about Ballet dance and Ballerinas. In my video, i would like to show the dance form of our culture, Bharatanatya (Am an Indian and this dance movement is a classical dance form of India), which the video looks like impressions, inspired from the impression style of Degas.
So please help me with the technique of making the video in a digital painting or impression effect, it will be very helpful if you analyse the works and style of Degas paintings and suggesting the way of making the video very much similar to that style.
If there is any free plugins or preset for this, please provide the link.

You might be able to manipulate the cartoon effect, or use one of the paint styles in photoshop. Perhaps you might find this technique as something that might work for you video too.
