How to loop 2 PNG frames in AfterEffects?

I am trying to loop 2 PNG frames like in attached example / printscreen through entire timeline?:
I’ve tried TimeRemap but it does not loop frames…

July 16, 2014 at 1:03 pmIs it a single frame, you are trying to loop? Can’t you just make it a freeze frame then?

July 16, 2014 at 1:14 pmNope it has two different frames. I want to loop 2 different images/pictures. Or 4, whatever.

July 16, 2014 at 1:43 pmAdd another KF for the loop. So if KF 1 is frame 0, and KF 2 is frame 1, KF 3 repeats frame 0.

July 16, 2014 at 11:23 pmWell to me interpret footage is not selectable here. It works only on short videos or gif animatons. Not for composition I create here… 🙁 Later I will try to understand this excellent example that actually works attached in previous email 🙂 Thank you guys very much!!
