How to keep layers from covering other layers
Hi,
I made a 3D cardboard box in after effects. I duplicated a square six times, and rotated them to make the box, then added flaps to each side. Everything looks great except when I rotate the box, some sides of the box are being hidden both the layers above it, so half the box looks transparent depending on how it’s rotated. Is there anyway to get around this? Maybe a way to trick the program or something? Really stuck on this so any help is appreciated, even if it means starting over from scratch. Thanks

By chance do you have any adjustment layers between your box layers, or have you applied layer styles to any of the layers?
