  How to keep items from quivering/ shaking in a layer in after effects?

  Hello,

  I apologize in advance if this has already been answered somewhere ( i checked but found nothing)
  but here is my problem:

  I am importing static Flash layers into After Effects and when i animate the layer in after effects parts of the layers dance around a bit.

  For example I have a little bit of text I wrote in flash and then i expand the text in after effects and the letters wobble around a bit.

  Another example. I have a diagram made up of different layers in flash and when i do a zoom in after effects the parts move around a bit rather than staying as a solid image.

  Any advice as to how to fix this would be greatly appreciated!
