How to keep anchor points the same
I’m masking animation and was wondering what to do if there are two of the same frame (the picture) and I already masked one. How do I duplicate the same points?

If I understand the question correctly, a simple copy and paste should do the trick. Just select the key frames that need to be copied using alt or shift for multiple selections. Then use Ctrl + c to copy move to where they are desired and use Ctrl + V to paste.
