how to instal Trapcode for final cut pro?
Hello, I’m having trouble installing Trapcode 3D stroke for final cut pro. I opened the exe and installed it then it said it went to applications and plugins. I moved the folder to the application support final cut pro plugins. I cant find it in FCP when I open it, Does anyone know how to get this to work? I do have Final Cut Pro 5.1.4

Do you have an Intel Mac?
After Effects plugins are not supported on Intel Macs.

Yeah it’s an iMac but starglow and shine worked in FCP I just cant get 3d stroke going

See if you can find it in the Generators.

i am wondering if you solved your trapcode problem, i am having the same issue with psunami(from red giant), and have shine running ok, i am using the saame final cut, on a powerpc mac..I recently purchased the full version from red giant having tried out a trial version from digital anarchy that worked absolutely fine…Red giant say the plugin should be found in the fx folder in plugins, which shows up in the filters but does not work, when I move it to FCpro support, plugins, the filter does not appear at all, i’m pretty sure this is where it showed up previously…anyway, have you had any luck getting trapcode to work and if so where is it/ and how…any advice would be great
