how to ingest (import) files from these folders?

A client provided a copy of what was on a video shoot. They basically dumped the card’s file structure onto a hard disk and shipped me the hd.
What is the correct method to get the videos into SVP 11?

Gilles, use the same XDCAM EX ClipBrowser that you used on your last project.
I see this exact same folder structure with the cards from my JVC HM-750U.p.s., instead of zipping a picture to post here, just use the IMAGE UPLOAD icon at the top of this window and follow the directions.

re: uploading… that’s how I’ve been doing it. using the “diskette” icon at the top of the edit window. is this not the correct way?

Gilles, as soon as I saw the folder layout, I knew that you had the solution but weren’t aware of it.
I really do have to get up to Toronto one of these weekends soon and get together with you and Tom for dinner and a few “pops”.
Go left 2 icons from the diskette icon to access the Image Upload icon.
