  • How to include frame number or timecode in filename

I sometimes use Photoshop to to do complex motion effects that are not available in After Effects or can be done more easily in PS. If needed, I create an action to do a specific set of steps to a given frame, then increment to the next frame and repeat. I would like to output each frame as it is completed with its frame number or timecode as part of the file name for that frame (ie shot_9 frame_xxx.tif), but have not found a way to do that yet.

    Any ideas??
