  • How to import image sequence to play it in me Cinema 4D scene?

    Hi, there!
I have a problem – digging in C4D I still can’t find the way to attach to the object not just one texture but a sequence of the images.
The idea is to make a short movie played on the plain in C4D scene.
Help! Help! Where is the helping hand?:))

Open a Material in the Material Manager and drag it onto the Plane / select the first image of your sequence and open it into the colour channel / in the Attributes Manager tick the image bar / select the Animation Tab / click Calculate / go back to the Material channel and select the Editor Tab / check Animate Preview / play your animation…

    Regards

Thanks a lot, Nolan! You’re great))

The only problem now is to assign when sequence should be played in the scene. For instance, I have 50 frames sequence and I want to play from frames 151 to 200 in the scene.
Maybe you know how to do it either?

Please, have a look in the Attributes Manager / Animation Tab / all timing features are there:
Mode / Timing / Range Start / Range End / Movie Start / Movie End / Frame Rate.

    Regards

Just drag a .mov or .png sequence into the material editor then drag that onto your object/surface
