    Please let me know how to import graphic sequence with alpha and which format is better to import and what are the alpha supported formats to import?

    I use targa, tiff, or png sequences. I prefer png, personally.

    Open a bin, File–>Import. Set up your import based on size, color space, field order, then for alpha choose Invert Existing. At the bottom left of the import box you’ll see “Detect Sequential Files” or something like that (not in front of the system right now). Check this box. This will make Avid recognize your image sequence when you select the first frame. Hit Import. Done!
