  • how to import a M100 XML file into AE6 as a composition?

Posted by Carlos Azm on March 11, 2006 at 9:56 am

I just recently upgraded to M100 version 8.2.3 and I have notice that now when I try to export a program to After effects v.6 I get a XML file. When I import the flie into AE6, all I get is a folder with all the clips but no longer a composition with the clips in the same order as I have them in the timeline in Media 100. How can I get them into a composition as before?

    Thank you for any answer

    Carlos

Are you importing as a composition or footage?

There *should* be a composition somewhere within the folder with all the footage clips. Are you sure that there is no Comp in the folder?
