  How to I save/export my preferences and custom workspaces

  Im about to format my PC, but I want to keep my Premiere pro (iim running the latest version on windows 10) preferences, shortcuts and my custom workspaces.

  How do i do this? I thought it would sync to the cloud but i cant find it anywhere…Do i backup some folders? if so…which ones…
