How To Grab a Screen Shot (i.e. one frame of video) in Premiere Pro CS4?
I am new to Premiere and am trying unsuccessfully to grab a screen shot (i.e. just one frame) from a video clip and save it as a jpeg that I can use as a thumbnail to post a link to the video. Any help would be much appreciated.
