How to get something back that I accidentally closed?
My cat walked across my keyboard and it closed everything except for the timeline. I got stuff I needed back under the view tab, but the video preview is now under a tab, I want to have it separate again, how do I do this? I’ve only had the program for about 2 days, so I’m still trying to figure everything out.

I commend your cat for insisting on a clean workspace uncluttered by superfluous windows focusing only on the most important aspect of the project… the timeline! 😉
You can grab any window that is docked as a tab by the 4 vertical dots in the upper left corner and drag it out of the dock to make it float again.
