How to get flicker Effect like in the movie Ring
Hi all,
I have been trying to get the flickering and slightly distorted image, like in the film Ring, when the video plays or the ghost appears on the Tv screen.
Can somebody please tell me how to do it with After Effects ?

Animate the position and scale properties. Also try directional blur.
In the past, I’ve tried to emulate that look with random or wiggled expressions, but it’s never been worth it.
