How to fix this blurred photo
Hi there,
My friend wants me to fix this photo and I am beyond my photoshop knowledge on how to fix this photo.
If anyone knows how to fix this photo on Photoshop CS4 and are willing to teach me, it will be very much appreciated. =]

Sorry my friend, but I’m quite sure you can not fix a blur in any program. Especially one that bad. You could commission someone to do a digital illustration over it that would look really good and be almost photo-realistic… but thats about your only option for this one.
Easy to blur, but not the other way around. Far as I know.

Reducing the size of the picture will help to have it look better.
