    Hello

I shot some footage today and the establishing shot was a crowd of people.

I then shot an announcer up close so you couldnt tell there werent any people in the room at the time.

But somehow we got confused and I have a shot of the announcer from the feet up to the head saying a few lines and its painfully obvious that there isnt anybody else around.

Can I pan or zoom in on his upper body on already shot footage or am I just dreaming?

    Thank you.

Yes you can but this will mean major quality loss.
Or you can mask the person with the track matte key.

This is why storyboards are important.

But, to add to Ann said: I think you are dreaming as far as enlarging your announcer. If it’s a short clip, a combination of keyers and rotoscoping in AfterEffects (or other compositing program) would probably be the best solution. Even if it’s a long clip, though that could take a looong time to roto…
