Hey Diego,
You might want to find a producer and a publishing outlet/broadcaster/VOD or similar first.
Then you put together a script, followed by a story board and art direction/character development.
When all that in place, you”ll need money, and loads of it, if it is a commercial project.
If not, start looking around in places for animators who wants to break into the industry.
But, you have got a fair bit of road to travel before you can engage a “team of animators”.
You can always post for crew on the COW job-board in the menu above. Please do state if you have a budget. And do be prepared for an avalanche of CV’s if there is funding for the project.

Hello, sadly I don’t have a list of people that could help you. However, I suggest you looking at websites like fiver or upwork. I am sure you can find there a lot of young specialists happy to improve their portfolio.
