How to Export Videos Properly From After Effects(Example Video)
I am starting to shoot green screen videos of myself talking and they are short, usually under 1 minute.
I have found that Premiere sucks compared to After Effects and I can more easily do proper chroma key work in After Effects. However I just got After Effects and cannot figure out how to properly export a video.
The one I have exported so far turned into this:

(it doesn’t play right at all- a little bit jerky)Can anyone advise me on how to export videos properly with After Effects?

The video looks fine, both on YouTube and here on the COW. Perhaps you are seeing problems from your computer trying to playback the file.
