Hi, I m having a document in illustrator that i want to add fold when i print it.
So i add a line with an arrow inside my document, but i dont want this to be visible in final print. It is just for the guy that will print in order to know where he will add the fold.
I dont know if i am describing well what i want to say. I remember that there was an option where i could draw something in illustrator, that would be visible in pdf, but not visible in final print. I could check from pdf what would be printed and what would. Any workarounds on that? thank you

If I were you I would send the printer two files, one print quality .pdf for printing, and another pdf with instructions of how you want the print to be folded, possibly with illustrated instructions and measurements of where the folds are. Good luck!
