I want to stabilize 4k files (shot with panasonic gh5, codec All-I 400mbps) using After Effects. How can I export these compositions with AME in order to keep enough of the original quality? I ‘d like to use these exported 4k files afterwards in Adobe Premiere for the further editing process. I just have some doubts using h264 in AME, setting the bitrate up to 35 or 40MBit/s, and still getting very light files that went from original 3GB down to 70MB. I will need to colour correct the material in the end. What settings in AME would you recommend?
