  • How to exclude spesific objects from enviromental fog?

Posted by Rodrigo Diaz on July 13, 2009 at 9:31 pm

    Hello

I need enviromental fog in a landscape scene. The problem is that the sun becomes either to bright or invisible dependent on the viewers distanse to the sun. I cant make the fog less dense because its crusial for the scene. I think I need either to exclude the sun from the effects of the fog, or limit the fog “area”.

Does anyone know how to accomplish this, or have a better idea?

    Thanks

    Ok, problem solved.

I uncheck the affect background in the enviroment options(of course). Put in a premade sky object and turned on the sun.

Now I only need the lens effect on the sky-sun….?
Or is this done in the render settings?

    Thanks
