How to Enhance a DVD still shot to a viewable picture
Hello, I wanted to see if anyone can help us- we had a theft in our home last week & thankfully a neighbor caught the suspects on video, however its grainy & we are unable to get a clear pic of their faces- is there any software out there that can help or does anyone have any suggestions. We really appreciate any & all help!

Law enforcement agencies (especially the FBI crime lab) use special versions of Avid systems that greatly enhance the usable information in marginal video or still photos. The police agency you are dealing with can tell you more about this, as these systems are avilable only to investigators.
