  How to encode alpha channel to flv in Sorenson?

  I use Ultra 2 and Flash 8 Pro video encoder to produce great video with alpha channel transparency…

  However, I want to pull it off encoding with Sorenson Squeeze 5.

  In the advanced options for encoding in sorenson squeeze 5 there is an alpha channel option.

  I am using an avi master file rendered from Ultra 2 with the alpha channel in it…

  Yet when I encode in Sorenson with the alpha channel option selected it does not encode it.

  Sorenson support is no help ask they have no clue when it comes to encoding an avi with alpha channel to flv with alpha channel.

  I am a master of the art of transparent video encoding using Ultra 2 and Flash video encoder or flash media encoder but now I want to do it using my favorite encoder which is Sorenson Squeeze 5.

  The feature is there so anyone who has accomplished this or knows the settings to pull it off using an avi master file with alpha channel your tips or help would be greatly appreciated.
