How to eject camera?
Using FCP 10.2.2
Just did my first camera to computer import.
“So how do you safely eject camera after import? Or is that a new feature that’s done automatically in 10.2.2???”
I must be missing something easy. Cant seem to find an eject camera button or whatever…

Is it a tape-based camera or a file-based camera? If it’s file-based there should be an eject icon to the right of the camera name in the Import window (you can also eject it via the Mac Finder). If it’s a tape-based camera, you need to tell the camera to disconnect from the computer via the camera’s menus.
