  • How to do “wiggle” effect or “vibrating” effect on text?

    Hello eveyone!

I am trying to replicate an effect I saw online and can’t find the exact one in AE. I like th etext to have teh efefct of being “cooked”, like you will see here. I could not download the video, so here screenshoots of the effect and the normal text:

OR to see the actual animation: if you go to this link, go to the Slow-“Cooker Chicken Marsala” video recipe, and in secs 35-36 you will see the effect on the text : https://www.thekitchn.com/videos

Any idea what is the name of this effect or how to replicate?
    Thank you all!

A couple of instances of the Turbulent Noise effect at different scales should get you close. And/or Roughen Edges.
