    Hey you all, i’ve posted the same exact question some months ago, and some of you answered to me but i still have to archieved the result i want on this effect.

    I would really like to know how to they make that smeary, smudgy, timeremapping thing on that guy..
    I tried several times with echo fx, timeremapping, smear effect but with no luck…

    Anyone knows how to simulate that cool distortion look?

    Please illuminate me:)

    I saw that tutorial before i post this thread, if you look closely the fx i’m trying to archieve is different because there is no decay or fade out on the trails that the CCTime leaves at default. I didn’t find a method to not have a decay rate, to let it looks like a brush that stretchs the person over time.

    I don’t use mesh warp that much, but it looks like that’s about all you’d need.
    There’s also some plug-ins by Boris, and others that might hold a frame or have different parameters that would work better than CC Time.

    But God know why you’d want to…it looks disturbing on the video.
