  • How to delete whole clips under timeline cursor?

I been learning new premier shortcut so when I edit in premier I don’t have to take my hand off of the keyboard. However, to ripple delete clips I still have to use my mouse to select the clips and press shift+delete. Is there a way I can just delete whole clips under the red line using keyboard shortcut?

Go to your keyboard shortcuts and search “Select Clip”. You’ll be able to set shortcuts for Select Clip at Playhead, Select Next Clip & Select Previous Clip.

Note the keyboard shortcuts Paul mentioned are found in Premiere Pro CC, not CS6.
