How to cut parts of a video
I would like to know if there’s a way of cutting part of a video. Not chop it, but rather get, let’s say, part of the frames. Like selecting tool in Photoshop, I would like to select a fragment of the frames of a video.

Do you mean a part of a frame such as the lower, left corner of a frame? You can do that by using a mask in the event pan/crop window.
